‘Tis the Season, right?
This is the time of year when we make a point to remember
the people who make it possible to do what we do — you and others like you. We
have a clearly stated mission: to help small business owners create wealth
through commercial property ownership by providing the smartest financing
possible…and this is something we’re very passionate about.
But no amount of passion and enthusiasm would allow us to
finance loans worth more than $388.7 million in total project costs this year
(and that’s just through November). To accomplish that, we need people like you
who read this blog, care about helping entrepreneurs, tell others about what we
do, and choose us to be your or your clients’ commercial lender. And for that
we’re VERY thankful.
